Adidas Debuts A New Team Model For 2018: The City Cup

While 2017 saw minimal new models from Adidas, 2018 is looking to be the opposite. Already starting the year strong with a new Mark Suciu shoe, Adidas is foregoing all fucking around and adding another team model to their catalog: the City Cup.

Looking to be taking a cue from (arguably) all 3 Lucas models, the City Cup appears to be built to take a beating. We love a double-wrapped midsole around here, and these are nothing if not made for stability – not to mention how functional the idea of a vulc wrap on a cupsole is. Thick herringbone tread and a suede upper (with a lil’ bit of leather here and there on the suede colorway) round out this strong contender in the 2018 shoe game.

While the standard colorway is running a $75 price tag, the white/white and black/black leather colorways are a notably higher $95. We suggest getting there while you can – sizes look to be going fast.

these look cool but seriously remind me of a Reebok Work out low that came out early 2016 they were all white leather with a ice sole
