A Durable Slip-On Emerges With The Adidas Matchcourt Slip

Header-Match-Slip

If you tuned in to our Matchcourt Mid review, or even had a chance to skate them yourself, you know how durable the rubber toe is on this favored Adidas team model. The density of the rubber itself isn’t too hard or too soft, but in the right spot for a consistent and durable flick. With the success of the Matchcourt Mid, Adidas is debuting the Matchcourt Slip.

Being another Slip-On to keep your eyes on this Spring, the Adidas take on this classic silhouette looks to last in comparison to the competition. As skateboarders have a tendency to rip up the sidewalls, you’ll notice that each and every colorway of the Matchcourt Slip hosts an underlying layer of suede to ensure no holes happening in the prime ollie location of the shoe. The rest of the upper consists of canvas to give this shoe much needed breathability and a lightweight feel. Colorways include black/white, black/black, and white/white combinations.

Expect t to see a familiar sockliner and outsole, as they’re both taken from the tried and tested Adi-Ease model. The Matchcourt Slip will be hitting skate shops April 1st (no joke), and will retail for a more than a reasonable $60. Find them at your local skate shop or Adidas.com.

I bought a pair of Cons at my shop, Emage, in Denver the other day and I saw these shoes already up on the wall. They look legit, way better looking than the Nike SB Janoski slip (ick). I don’t care for the logo on the tongue so much, but they look like they can take a beating!

The photo with the baggy pants is just so wrong. You dont wear a slip on with baggy pants, the pants will swallow the shoes lol. how lame.
